A boutique luxury wine estate hotel, Lindenderry is located on the highly regarded Mornington Peninsula and is one of several properties owned by the Lancemore Group
Lindenderry is renowned for it’s blu chip clientele, hosting weddings and conferences as well as a week end retreat for independent travellers. The hotel enjoyed a reputation as one of the best small hotels in the state.
With escalating costs, especially wages and penalty rates on weekends, the challenge was to deliver bottom line outcomes with limited room inventory. The task was to achieve a cost reduction but at the same time improve the guest feedback and value proposition.
Successful strategies included:
