As Group General Manger of The Ambassador Hotel Group, (Australia’s 10th largest hotel group at the time with 600 staff and 1200 rooms located over 3 states of Australia) Karen Taylor was responsible for the turnaround of newly acquired properties in the Group, for subsequent repositioning strategies and multi million $ renovation programs and for the sales and marketing strategies of the Hotel Group.

Taylor Dade created the concept for culture, adventure and safari, food to table and accomplished the mission to prove you could deliver an island experience on the mainland.
